Sacred Key of Death and Ascension ~ Meditation
BREATH AND SOUND - DEATH AND ASCENSION
- 11-22 minutes just before meditation or going to sleep
- Best if done in the dark but anywhere is fine
With each exhalation, tone the sound OM
Close your eyes, exhale deeply through the mouth with the sustained tone of OM
Pause after each exhalation, be still, breathless...
Gently allow the body to inhale through the nose
RELAX
Pause at the top of the inhalation, be still, breathless
Repeat with OM exhalation and continue....
Watch and feel the reality between life and death
Embody deep silence
Beyond time and space
You were never born and shall never die...
