On-going Integration Practice

  • Daily – Please do something loving for yourself, something unusual and a bit special that offers self-care and love to the One within you – have fun with this. 
  • Write vows of love to your Inner One – prepare for a Sacred Ceremony.
  • Gaze into your eyes in the mirror’s reflection at least 3 x per day.
  • Be there - say I love you… asking – How are you? How may I serve you? And anything else that may come.
  • Listen with compassion and patience - notice and be with whatever comes - the longer you be with this practice, the deeper you shall go.
  • Remember to love the imperfections as they arise.
